I am a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar and enjoy working mainly with adults and adolescent populations. I have a particular interest in working with individuals struggling with anxiety (including social anxiety, perfectionism, phobias, panic attacks, excessive worry, and OCD). I also have experience working with clients who have depression, struggle with relationship difficulties, and who experience stress due to a range of other life issues.

I have completed additional postgraduate training in clinical psychology, and take an integrative approach when it comes to my work. I use a range of therapies that can be tailored to each individual client and their needs; drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion focused therapy, dialectical behaviour informed therapy, solutions focused therapy, and exposure therapy.
I consider myself a caring and compassionate psychologist and work from a collaborative and client-centered approach. I believe in providing support within a space that is non-judgmental and safe, whether that be to help clients explore what may be happening for them, provide useful evidence-based skills, or assist clients in achieving their goals and increasing their quality of life.
