As a trauma-informed psychologist, I deeply value offering a compassionate and grounded space to support others on their journey of feeling more empowered and connected to themselves so that they can navigate life with more ease and self-trust.
My approaches to therapy combine holistic and trauma-informed care including psychoeducation, nervous system regulation strategies, somatic-based practices, inner child and self-compassion work, positive psychology, attachment and psychodynamic theory, mindfulness and meditation, and other evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
I have completed a Master of Professional Psychology, Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), and a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science.
I am a registered Psychologist with AHPRA.
