Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is a registered Psychologist with AHPRA (#PSY0000966058).
Amanda brings over 19 years of experience assisting adults to overcome a range of mental health challenges. She is dedicated to providing a safe space for clients to feel heard as they explore their strengths, thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
Amanda works in a way that is trauma aware, relational and respectful of people’s lived experiences. She aims to help you find the path to a more fulfilling life that is already within you.
Amanda provides interventions for a wide variety of mental health conditions and difficulties, including stress, anxiety, PTSD, workplace challenges, relationships, depression and trauma. Amanda is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment and specialises in cognitive therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness-based behaviour therapies, to equip clients with the tools they need for a more fulfilled life.
