Mary is a Clinical Psychologist working with adults. She uses a collaborative approach drawing on various evidence-based therapies, and holistic skills and practices. She aims to create a relaxed and compassionate space where clients feel welcome.
Mary has experience working in both private and government settings with people across the lifespan (from young children to older adults). She uses a variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also draws on mindfulness, somatic work, and positive psychology approaches.
She enjoys spending time with her family, being out in nature, practicing yoga, and eating good food.
