As a Registered Psychologist and Wellbeing / Resilience Coach, I am passionate about empowering individuals to self-manage their mental health and general wellbeing.
I have furthered my professional development into the realm of holistic approaches to mental health and general wellbeing management, and I understand the importance of sleep, diet and exercise and the impact these factors have on our ability to cope, both physically and mentally.
With a focus on rapport, my aim through intervention is to normalise my client’s experiences through brain based psycho-education and provide techniques that empower self-management and acceptance.
I have an eclectic approach to intervention that includes treatment modalities of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Positive Psychology and Mindfulness.
I assist clients in understanding the ‘why’ and equip them with the ‘how’
to move forward.
