I am dedicated to supporting clients through an integrative therapeutic approach that focuses on identifying and transforming deeply ingrained patterns that affect an individual’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. I work with clients to help them explore the underlying origins of their struggles and work collaboratively with them to create meaningful, lasting change. I work in a feedback-informed way and appreciate the collaboration clients can bring to ensure the work we do together is client-goal-directed for meaningful change.

Growing up in a regional town, I bring a down-to-earth and practical approach to my work, helping clients feel at ease and understood as we navigate challenges together.

I take an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I also use strategies from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This flexible, integrative approach means I can tailor sessions to suit what works best for you, your goals, and your personal way of understanding and creating change.
