Renee is a compassionate and dedicated psychologist committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their concerns, no matter the scale. As a trauma-informed practitioner, Renee understands the unique challenges faced by individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Renee’s therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s needs. She utilises evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her focus is on fostering resilience, promoting personal growth, and guiding clients toward lasting well-being.
Renee holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and is a registered Psychologist with APHRA. She also holds membership with the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (#6455).
